Not a bit of a joke but a total joke. I miss the Wham! days too.

He was good in Wham, but I really liked and admired his stuff especially from the early to mid 1990s - really some immortal songs there; but I hawked his recent albums, did not like them. And I sincerely bought them expecting he would do something great, because he is very talented.
He's been on some weird mid-life crisis for the last while. Temper tantrums, drugs, ego-mongering, sex in parks, traffic accidents. Hope he settles down and stops churning out lousy albums and screaming at everyone when they hate them. He should be careful or he'll follow the Norma Desmond route that Michael Jackson took and end up locked away in some dark mansion. Maybe Elton John will take another crack at beating some sense into him. Madonna, as annoying as she is, is a lesson to all the people in that industry -- you have to stay tough and on top of your game. It's amazing, for example, how she kissed Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera at the MTV awards a few years ago and her career shot right back up, and of the two little girls who were real threats to her, one slid rock bottom and the other one more or less coasted to a level. That's entertainment!

I'm old enough to remember Wham too! those were the days! when George came out with the news of being gay, everything went down hill from there! everytime ol' Georgie boy was in the news, something about his sexual preference had to be thrown in there! it was rare to just hear about George and the music. George is not the first celebrity to admit to being gay. those celebrities have gone on with their careers. why can't he get past it? i'm sure the public can do it if he can! George is very talented. he can sing. he doesn't need this tabloid stuff to stay current!. he should just get a really good producer, sit down and write some music for a new album! i would buy it!

As someone who is too young to remember the days of Wham, I only know George Michael as someone who likes to air his dirty laundry in public but then go all secretive when it suits him. I agree that the man has some major issues that need sorting and I do feel for him as he has to put up with press intrusion but c'mon - there is only so much of a sob story people can take. maybe he feels that bad press is better than no press cause when he is being good, no one wants to know....?

He was in his rime when he was in Wham I agree however he seems to have gone haywire and just doesn't really give a dam about himself. He did a concert in Barcelona and sang the same song twice. Yes he sang Too Funky too many times! I respect him for his musical talent and art of writing excellent songs, but, I think we all know he's gay and why he has to keep on doing these cry for helps is beyond me. He seems to want attention all the time. Hey he's a worldwide performer how much attention does one guy need! Give it George getting bored now!!!!!!!!!

I think George is a misunderstood genius. How is he taking himself seriously? I've had more laughs at George's expense this year than at any time during the Wham! years. I love him, he gets on with his business and doesn't seem to care about taking the rap when he's caught.
OMG, he's great, let's say no more about him. He's my inspiration.

lots of the checklist is only cr*p. Austin tweeted on his Twitter account that he himself would not understand what's the factors for the checklist and he would not accept as true with eighty 5% of it. Hogan at 23 and Bruno Sammartino at 24 is totally a shaggy dog tale. I also have a feeling that Taker or Austin might've made it to the ideal of the checklist (maximum probable Taker) yet Shawn made it to the ideal because of the actuality that he at present retired and the WWE desires to maintain his followers happy (and doubtless because of three in the back of the curtain impact from HHH). in any case Taker has been at present topping all their lists like the vote casting for the final movie star in uncooked history achieved in the process the fifteenth anniversary of uncooked and the final Legend of Wrestlemania achieved in this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days's Wrestlemania. So its no enormous deal if he ranks # 2 here. i might have in my opinion reversed the a million and a pair of positions here because of the fact the streak makes Taker's profession extra desirable than the different and that i think of its the biggest accomplishment in the WWE which you will have. As for Sting not being in the checklist - it is predicted, considering Sting became in no way in the WWE. here, probable purely the WWWF/ WWF/ WWE stints of each and every movie star are being considered, for this reason aptitude is so down under, and for this reason men like Sting/ Goldberg do not make it. the final might've been if the WWE had only reported that those are our ideal 50 superstars of all time, "not in any particular order".

Isn't horrible when you reminisce about good music you listened to and as time goes by, the artist becomes such a joke? What the hell is wrong with George Micheal? He has talent and now it is overlooked by his crazy antics and him being full of himself! Someone needs to slap him in the face like Cher did in Moonstruck and tell him to snap out of it!

Well, he should keep his private life in private. But his music is good and I like the way he preforms. Or at least I should say the way he did in the early days of MTV when I would sit with my children to see what they were watching. I actually don't know what he does now when he performs.
