Why do you talk about the President? This is Congress's responsibility. Why don't those pathetic losers in congress get held accountable for not being able to reform such an obviously pathetic system?
Why should we trust the president? I suppose you could answer that two ways: Why not? or, Why should any citizen trust any politician? Either way, what's your point?

Instituted a major re-organization of NASA. Note that NASA is part of the executive branch.

During the latter years of the Clinton administration, there was a total ban on federal funding for stem cell research. Bush has supported of stem cell research (providing government funding), but only to the extent that human embryos are not destroyed in order to harvest additional stem cells.

Not enough room to continue through his second year to present day.
Your question is not very well thought out. Even Carter has a long list of accomplishments. Can you think of president who did nothing? There is no such person.

No. That's a dead issue. I apparently was dead the day he announced it!

It died as quickly as Hilary Clinton's attempt to make national heath care.

I sure wish Bush would have gone after Welfare instead. That's a system that needs taking apart.
