At 19 years old, you will not grow anymore. You are an adult now and have reached physical maturity. When you were younger, getting adequate protein and staying away from junk foods might have helped, but genetics plays a great part in determining how tall you will be.

I am sorry to tell you that if you are a man you should have finished getting taller by age 18, I think it is age 21 for a woman. I would suggest getting slimmer if you are obese or overweight and also using Pilates exercises, which makes you look leaner and longer though I am not sure if it actually makes you taller. More drastic is a plastic surgery I saw on a documentary in an Asian country where the people are short who want to work in a nearby town where people are generally taller are actually doing a plastic surgery where they allow themselves to be crippled for months on end where the doctor breaks their bones, puts in hardware and tightens and lengthens the legs at set intervals. They say they get up to about 2 inches taller. They say it is very painful and they actually need to be carried around sometimes.

Dont listen to these idiots, im 19 almost 20 in the passed 9 months i grew 3 inches from just doing nothing but normal stuff, and my dad is 5'8 and im 5'10, its just random on how your genetics are built, im sure sleep and nutrition have something to do with it but thats not the major ingredient. Some doctors say you will stop at 18 others 22 as a male, as a female probably 16-17, i say that cause my gf grew 2 inches right before she turned 17.

Normal people grow no more in height by the time they reach your age. There's not much you can do to grow taller. You are an inch or so taller when you arise from bed in the morning, for lying for hours stretches your spine, and there are spaces between each vertebra. Lie down more often. One can buy elevator shoes or platforms. My Japanese gal has getas with 4" platforms.

None. Your height is genetically determined. There is absolutely nothing you can eat/do to grow taller. As a 19 year old, you are probably completely done growing.

Haha. You can't. Unless you are geneticall predispositioned to be taller or you had hormone thereapy as a child you are that tall for life.

I am 5' and have been since I was 13 (10 years ago)...just find a shop with a petite section and learn to be comfortable with yourself.
