someone said her husband read her emails and found she was having an affair . it seems she was scared of being known the "affair " . so what did she mean by saying " having an affair" .

i guess i would assume that she was having sex with some one other than her husband, and then talking about it on email.....

As long as there is only e-mail/IM contact will no judge take an "affair" for granted--unless she admits to having one. Secondly, breaking into someone's e-mail is not taken lightly by the courts any longer. So as long as there is no sexual thing going, is there no "affair", and the rest is freedom of speech.

CHEATING on your spouse.....Having sex with someone other than her husband,,,,,ITS CALLED ADULTRY.....when you take your wedding vows they mean staying and having sex with the one you love and made a commitment to sureilll

she was cheating and got caught. should have been faithful and she wouldn't be in this mess now
