is this an all liquid diet ? or am i able to consume solids?
any suggestions?

You darned sure better, too much lemonade will chew up your stomach. Why are you starting a diet that you don't know anything about? Grapefruit juice would be better than lemons, but even then you better have some substantial fiber to soak up that acid or eat an awful lot of tums (which has sugar in it).

All diets are bad, because they are temporary. Diets trigger the thousands of year old starvation reflex that causes the body to store fat more efficiently. Is that what you want? Eat sensibly and exercise. Do it for life. Be patient. Anything over a couple pounds per week is counterproductive, you'll gain it back. If you must have a diet try not eating anything with a label on it, and no, I don't mean donuts. Good luck.

I'm the queen of diets. Eat sensibly, cut out sugars, and reduce carbs and fats, drink at least 64 oz of water a day and the weight will fly off of you, and the water will improved your skin like nothing out there will.

lemonade only, no sugar.....you'll be able to consume solids and other liquids in about 24 hrs. as you won't be able to stay on such a restrictive diet ...try sonoma

Your metabolism will just slow down and as soon as you start eating again, up goes the weight.
Been there done that - but for different reasons

i think its not such a good diet.u can eat before 6 o clock and dont eat bread,only on breakfast and only black bread.its healthy.fir example i grow thin for 3 kilo=)

dont do it. it's a crazy starvation diet... its not even a diet actually. its just starvation. its not healthy and you will end up putting the weight back on becuase you when you stop doing the starvation, you will go back to your old eating habits and put the weight back on.
