BUT isn't it time for some bullet control? Imagine making an id on every bullet! It is very possible. All murders could be identified by the bullets they purchased.

Not only would that be a good idea, but also the prohibition of the sale of fire arms altogether. There is no reason why this nation should arm itself to the teeth.
Self-defense i hear some people utter? Guns are more like a replacement for the owner's "gun" that has stopped firing and now they need a proxy to do the discharge for them.
