I think the vast majority live in fear, which is unfortunate. But in america at least it is pretty hard to not live in fear. Thats what the powers that be want. When a person is afraid they tend to make stupid decisions and allow things to happen that they misguidedly think will make them safe.

Unfortunately, I think a lot of people do. There are lot of people out there trying to make our lives miserable and force us to live in fear. When we give in to that, and allow them to do it, they win.

absolutly everyone is afraid of something, loosing their loved ones, dissapointing themselves someone else, getting killed attacked robed, being in a serious accident
