It needs power from somewhere. Check all your outlets.

Spy cams can also run on batteries so checking your outlets is not enough. A better method is to imagine that YOU are installing the camera. Looks for the best places to locate one and howwell it can be disguised (very easy to hide in plants, clocks, lamps, smoke and motion detectors, etc.), then look around you for areas that appear to have been disturbed, for example, fingerprints in dust. Also, check Google or Yahoo search for "nanny cams." They will often show examples of how to hide them.

Good luck.

I have them installed in my home. Not so much spy cams, but surveillance just the same. I have learned that they get screwed up when a magnet gets near them. So just go on ebay and buy several high powered magnets. Pass them over anywhere you think there might be a camera. It will screw them up so bad that the person who watches them wont know if he's looking at your @$$ or your big toe.

How do you know it's there?

If you're getting a radio signal from it, see what it's looking at and you'll find it.  If you can't decipher the signal, toggle circuit breakers to see what circuit it's on and use that to track it down.

If all you have is suspicion... GET A LIFE!
