I think from what you have typed your knowledge of English is average.Well you could have been on line tutor for maths had your English been better.Coming to call centre jobs again your English is a handicap. As regards your percentage that also is average so now you tell me where do you stand in the job market.
Please forgive me i am not judging you but the fact is this is how you are evaluated in the job market. So my dear friend start applying for exams like IAS, bank, insurance, and the likes and try and score high marks that will help you in landing a good job.

The Grading system in India is quite different, and as such, I would like to say that this person is a solid "B" student by An American standard.
All other answers are good .
You must go for things that, you can enjoy doing, and happy doing it. Having said this:
Your best bat is to study a computer oriented certification courses that are in demand in India at this time.
Computer is the field that changes so much that, from time to time you will need to rethink, and reeducate yourself just to stay current in the field.

Go for MBA or MS. But don't ask this same Q after that. My advice is start working in a commercial environment like hotels, computer dealers etc. Atleast after a few years, you will openup your own shop.
