How to search for a particular page in a particular website?

If i know a name on one of thousands of pages in a particular site, how can i search for it? Can google be of help? That name does not appear in the link of that website, But can only be read once the page is loaded. Think & tell me.

in google search for

"site:http://www.yoursite.com/ keyword" will find pages containing "keyword" on the site you mention

Google can certainly help. It allows you to search just within a particular domain and for page titles.
