a guardian spirit is exactly what it says,a spirit who watches over you and helps to guide you on your lifes path, they can be animal or human, and are the spirits of those who have passed over and onto a higher plain. they are not evil, or anything to do with satan.

A guardian spirit is otherwise known as your conscience. Some people would attribute it to the soul of a deceased friend or relative - someone who has had a strong connection to you. . Goetia means "howling" and are the 72 lesser spirits (low magick) in the Lemegeton, the Theurgia Goetia section in the lesser key of Solomon. They do not appear unless invoked and the conjuration process is very long and precise. Satan does not exist at all. It was a concept made up by religion in order to show duality good/evil faction. As far as guardian spirit worship goes, I do not believe there is such thing, but I do know it is possible to connect with it.

Guardian Spirits are just that. Usually they are powerful nature spirits who watch over an area, person, or thing. No, it's not one of Satan's servants, though if some are allied with Him or not I wouldn't know yet. Goetic demons are different, much different than Guardian Spirits, though they can be guardians and/or teachers and worshipped. I suppose a Guardian Spirit can be worshipped, but the setup of a simple, natural shrine with small offerings might be all that's needed. :)

It isn't so much of a country belief here but a personal one. Guardian spirits are neither good or evil. They are energies that can be focused or directed by change for specific purposes. It is in the use of these guardians that comes the good or evil properties.

It really depends on your faith. In the Dominican Republic Mary and the Loa are virtually the same holy spirt but Catholics just a few hundred miles north in Florida would considder you a heretic for suggesting such a thing

There are no such things as guardian spirits. Any spirit is from satan... except the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of God.
Thus, we should not worship it. The bible does say that we have our own personal angels. These are different from spirits. Spirits do not have a body whereas angels do.

a guardian spirit is neither good or evil. he is bound to you, and we all have one. some ppl are lucky enough to manage to interact with them, know their name, and understand signs and advice better. they are our link with the spiritual world. can act as a medium. nothing to fear, just to discover.
you should not worship him/her (nor should you worship anybody else). it is a guidance, friend so to speak.
do not listen to the God realted answers, cause i am afraid to say that this is not their field, like christianity isn' mine.

A guardian spirit is usually one of your dead ancestors come back to guide you. While you can talk to them, you shouldn't worship them, they aren't God.
And you should NEVER worship a demon or satan.
