Sounds like you have an infection. Go to your Dr, tell him/her these symptons and he/she should prescribe you with antibiotics.
Don't delay though, as it could cause you damage. It's nothing ti be embarrased about, infections are quite common, just make sure you get it treated.

This could be due to a urine infection, however Bilirubin in the urine can cause it to be really bright yellow, almost fluorescent. This is caused by problems with your liver and should be ruled out. If you regularly binge drink, take large amounts of medication or use illicit drugs this is more likely. Please do not wait until this question runs its cause, you need to see your GP as soon as possible.

Sounds like u've got a bladder or urine infection go doctors an get some antibiotics. Thats the only way u'll get rid of it.

yes u have got a serious water infection at least and need to go to the doctors u also might have a kidney infection i hope you get better soon as i know the feeling good luck and get to the doctors quick!

Urinary tract / (Kidney??) infection. Go to the health food shop and get dandelion tea, drink loads of it for a few days & it will flush you out. Also drink plenty of cranberry juice.
