oh?you should make exercises on floor?but you know,diet&sports are friends.if you have a serious health problem about your kilos,i suggest you to go to a doctor.but you just put off like 10 kilos,you can do it by yourself and without using no herbal medicines.i put off 25 kilos by myself and the key is about our eating habbits.just try to eat vegetables and drink more water.more then 6 glasses.ok?if you have questions,im here honey ;)

The only sure way to loose all the pounds is to not eat at all. Or at lease for a couple of days.....
