Find the things you would like in a girl. Nobody's perfect so you're really not going to get what you ask for, but it will be close enough. To keep her don't pressure her for not being the way you would want her to be. Make her feel like she's the one for you.

by "favorite girl firend" you seem to be implying you want more than one but you want to be able to choose the one you like best at the time but anyway...make a lot of friends with girls and acctually get to know them a little bit before you ask them out if you like them a lot and have knwon them for a while before you be with them it usually works out better

What do you exactly mean???????? If you are sure about the qualities you want in your girlfriend then find such girl for you but before approaching be sure about is she same as you desire or not.
