I work very odd hours and often need to return telephone calls to friends and fellow business associated at a time that is typically not good for me to call them back. Is there a way for me to dial into Verizon's voice mail and leave a voice mail message for them without calling their number and making their phone ring at 3:00 AM?

Not that I am aware of, but many people turn their business phones off after a certain time. If they would be willing to give you their access code you could access their message system.

Good luck.

I know some phones have the facility where you can send messages at a certain time. I am not sure if this is offered as service too by phone services but you can inquire about it.

If you have verizon as your cell phone carrier, then once you listen to your message an option to send (i.e. forward that message) to a designated verizon phone subscriber.

that way you do not call that person again & it immediately sends it to their voicemail...
