There really isn't a way to make Mondays better. It's a part of life and since life isn't fair -- we all have to learn to accept the Mondays with the Fridays! Hopefully there will be a lot of Mondays in your future.
God Bless

I presented my employer with an alternative schedule that they approved. I now work Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday 10 hours shifts, but well worth it having the 3 day weekends.

Start on Sunday evening, go to the store, load up on ice cream, potato chips, ding dongs, twinkies, milk, snickers, and beer. (Maybe not in that order). Go home, ice down the beer and the milk, put the rest of the stuff you bought on the floor beside the bed.....Monday morning at 6am, get up and go to the bathroom, crawl back into bed, grab the phone, call in sick, go back to sleep until noon. Get up turn on the tube, grab your munchies and pig out. Do this till all your munchies are gone. Get up about 5pm, shower, get dressed, grab your beer, head out to go hang out with your buds and talk about how hard your day was. Go home after the beers gone, go to bed, get ready for Tuesday.

Make it a rule that all weekends are 3 day weekends. That would get my vote.

People come to believe that in their minds, and so it is. Mondays are no different than any other days of the week. If it is work you dred, then quit your job.
