Nothing, nor should I. They have their own Government and free will to live. I have a hard enough problem paying for the illegal immigrants and poor that are in my Country now.
Why does everyone like you think we all have to have the same? Why am I responsible for you??

What do you mean there is nothing you can do? why don't you just sit down and have a little think for a couple of Minuit's, I bet if you try it you could come up with something. Nobody is expecting you to solve world hunger or anything, Sitting around worrying helps no one, a little effort from you could go a long way. Even just dropping by an elderly neighbour or volunteering at a hospice even helping at a charity shop, just do your bit, and try not to worry to much.

Small steps....Start with some volunteer work, every little bit helps. You could go to school to do healthcare and move to a country that needs lots of help or work in a community clinic. Or, if healthcare isn't your thing, then there is agriculture, construction, all kinds of things.......I do volunteer work, and to help people with less than me, I never sell anything I can't use, I donate it to a local "clothes closet" that gives people vouchers to shop there once a month, that way the clothes and household items are given only to people really in need. They give tax receipts, but I never get one so I feel like I am really helping instead of benefitting from it

there is something you can do. there is something all of us can do...be kind and help others in what ever way crosses your path, I always stop and pick up old people that are walking in the heat, i don't worry about getting robed or murdered, because when my time is up it wont matter where i am or what i am doing. I spend time really listing to children's thoughts and fears, give them guidance when i can, and send them to the right person to talk to if i cant help. Just Get involved! make a difference

If you're not good to yourself you can not help anyone else. A "good" person is a shining light that everyone benefits from. I believe that the world we're living in is just a passage, therefore trying to control my greed eventually creates a surplus from which others can benefit.
Your personal God is the only one who can guide you, other things are just illusions. Call him and you'll see he's always there for you.

That is the downside to global communications, you know so much, but can do so little. I am in the same boat. There is nothing I can do for anyone out there. I am having a hard enough time taking care of my own.
