What age do you think that Barbara Gordon becomes Batgirl mine opinion is that she was 18 years old what do you think.

eighteen is my guess too, she looks too young to be 21.

Well, she held a full time job (librarian) and had a license to drive. Assuming she went to college to be a librarian, that would put her at 22 or 23 when she became Batgirl.
