Most mammals have almost the same characteristics of blood type as in human.Though mammals' mature red blood cells lack a nucleus and organelles, they are marked by glycoproteins that define the different blood types. But generally animals blood type got different determinants with the antigenic characteristics have resemblance to that of a human .
