All of Cali is PST as well as Nevada too. It may appear to be diff times because of the position of the sun.
Arizona flips between PST and Mountain because it DOES NOT observe Day light savings.

There aren't different times in California. The entire state is in the Pacific time zone.

maybe you mean how some places (like arizona) dont have daylight savings time, so they're off from the rest of their time zone in the summer.
