pac-10, big 12, big 10.....gimmie a break. put michigan, USC, or oklahoma in the sec and i bet they don't go better than 7-4. dawgs, tenn, florida, auburn, Lsu, bama, even vandy and kentucky are good for a couple big upsets each year. anyone who feels i'm wrong is simply a nimrod. there is no comparison....the SEC is the best by a MILE!

The University of Michigan is 19-5-1 all-time versus the SEC, outscoring the SEC 560-300. Too bad Michigan isn't in the SEC, they'd breeze through that schedule.

Michigan whipped Vanderbilt earlier this year. Heck, Kentucky, playing at home, almost lost to Central Michigan.

Strongest by far! Everyone in the SEC is good. Everyone has a chance for a big bowl game. Tenn, Florida, Auburn, LSU, Bama, Vanderbilt, KY - they are all good teams. Any one of them can beat Notre Dame, Texas, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Miami, Washington, Stanford - just about anyone including Ohio on any given Saturday. Best conference by far this year for sure.

The Big Ten Conference - '33' national championships.

the southeastern conference - 27 national championships , and 12 of those were won by alabama. which means the rest of that conference sucks!!!!!

vanderbilt and kentucky are good for a couple of BIG upsets each year......what planet are you living on? yeah, maybe they can whip up on the rest of the southeastern losers.

The Big Ten has the two best teams in the entire COUNTRY right now!!!!!

Hell, even ILLINOIS has more national championships than lsu!!!!! MINNESOTA has more national championships than ANYBODY in the southeastern other than alabama!!!!!! And BOTH michigan and OHIO STATE have won more national championships than Minnesota!!!

The southeastern dummies' argument is that there're so many good teams that beat up on each other...HOW STUPID IS THAT? Isn't that EXACTLY what happens in EVERY conference; from high school to college to NFL, the teams that play each other in their conference year in and year out, KNOW each other so well that there are few surprises?!!!!!!! What an asinine argument for the southeastern fanatics to use!!! How LAME is that?!!! ANYBODY can say that about the conference they're in, you moronic idiot!!!!!

The Big Ten is so much better than the southeastern losers that it is ludicrous to compare them!!!!

GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!

To all you SEC haters, I forgot, how many SEC teams are in the top ten? Oh thats right 4, thats kinda funny there are only 3 Big Ten teams in the top 25. So just in the top ten there are more SEC teams than the Big Ten has in the whole poll? GO HOGS!

Hey Slim Hick, I guess the asker didn't include Ohio State because he didn't consider them good enough to play in the SEC. Ohio State has played an SEC team in a bowl game 8 times in their history. Ohio State has lost all 8.
