It went down for a few days sometime about two weeks ago, that was for a blown fuse according to a post on the main page by Johan.
It came back, but not for long, I have not heard anything from them in the last week and a half.

Tvtorrents.tv and tvtorrents.com are different sites. From the tvtorrents.tv FAQ page:

Apparently tvtorrents.com is having technical difficulties, and are in the process of upgrading to a new server. Supposedly they'll be back up in a week or so.
