Don't know about London, although when i got my granite work top we asked the kitchen companies who supplied granite worktops. Buy direct from the supplier - cheaper and they will fit, or our did. Just have to make sure that you follow a few guidelines when fitting the kitchen units, level with a baton on the walled edge for extra support.
