Well, you're making a good start by having your webpage up and running - make sure that you have tagged the pages with 'voiceover artist' and that it is submitted to the relevant directories and search engines.

Additionally there are sites like these that contain links to voiceover artists:

http://www.entsweb.co.uk/voiceover/
http://voice-overs.co.uk/uk/
http://voice-exp.com/
http://www.sueterryvoices.co.uk

Get in touch with these agencies and see about getting onto their books. They have the industry contacts and will be able to put your voice in front of more ears than you could yourself.

It's better to have some relations in this business as most demo's sent to record companies does end up in a box never listen to. They are too busy to listen to all the demos sent.
Get ur self a myspace.com page and put ur music into it. Record companies these days have a person employed only for looking at myspace to find new talents.

I used to go to Torquay a lot and the hotel was ran by a couple, the man Julian Sharp has a studio where he made commercials for radio, i sometimes on my day off went down there to see how it all worked, it's in a building called the White house, there are other companies there also, but I'm sure Julian would be helpfull to have a chat with, people call him Doc, if you contact a radio station they should know how you can contact him. good luck.
