Most people believe the UK does not have a constituition and as such it has no single document or declaration.

UK presently stands for United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
The term British can be used (allthough I don't think is has a real legal meaning) .
Most law in the UK falls into England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
