Yes. It's hormonal and it means her milk ducts are developing. A hormone called prolactin is generally released during pregnancy but a hormonal difficiency is a possibility and you can always release this hormon at an earlier age. about it. It really has nothing to do with virginity- it has to do with pregnancy. A woman can produce milk at any time. Mostly it has to do with stimulating them though. Below is a link to a helpful page that also suggests that this person go to a dr.

Why would a woman who breastfeeds one child for 8 years have any less milk than a woman who breastfeeds 4 kids for 2 years each? In fact many women never truly stop making milk until menopause. And some women make a small amount of milk at a certain point in their menstrual cycle from birth. Some scientists have even suggested that fibrocystic breast disease is caused by an overactive response to that milk production.

yes...it's possible but extremely rare...there are cases of newborn girls producing milk...but that is only because they have a large amount of the mother's pregnancy hormone in their blood, and ceases quickly.
it is possible for a woman to want to be pregnant so badly that they trick their own bodies into mimicking the symptoms of pregnancy, including lactation...but most of those women aren't virgins, obviously.
the only other way for a virgin to be producing milk is if there is a huge hormonal imbalance that needs to be addressed by a doctor.

Yes. It is not about virginity, but hormones and milk ducts. A grandmother can be re-stimulated to produce milk even after menopause.
There was even a case in India where a man's wife died, and he was able to stimulate his 'breasts' to produce milk for the baby!

Ok, so this isnt as specific as other answers, but there was an episode of CSI Las Vegas where a girl who was still a virgin wanted to get pregnant so badly that she tricked herself into thinking she was, and when she got stressed out (during an interrogation) she started lactating. I dont remember what her condition was, but they had a technical term for it on the show, as well as citations and stuff- yes, it can happen. ;uD

yes, it is possible and is usally caused my hormonal imbalances in the late stages of mamory gland deveopement, but these hormones(prolactin) may be released at anytime.......
a condition know as Pseudocyesis, false pregnancy, may also be the cause. (view link for more info on this.)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_pregnancy
there is also a risk of these symptoms apearing when a woman reaches menopause, but not if she has never been pregnate..............
usually a woman lactating is not a serious medical problem unless it induces pain or delusions.

Urm.....No!
Women produce milk when they are pregnant so if you're a virgin you wouldn't be pregnant...hence no milk!
