What state are you from? Contact your local junior or community college back where you're from and most do offer coursework for those overseas, but is usually extended to military personnel. Do a search online and email the colleges from your local area if that extends to military wives and ask them about enrolling in college, but you're a military wife stationed overseas in Europe and they usually have someone in charge of correspondence classes that you can talk to.
