If you want info about diapers, all you have to do is a Google search for the word "diaper" and you will get tons of information.
Cloth diapers are best and cheapest to use in the long run.
Disposables put plastic, paper and chemicals against your baby's skin, is this really a good thing for the baby?? Not only that but with disposables you put all that paper, plastic, chemicals and human waste into our landfills. The human waste breeds all kinds of bacteria that filters down into our water systems, yuck! Not to mention that the diapers themselves take decades to decay, long after our own bodies decay they will still be there. Why do that to our environment? I think they should be outlawed.
With cloth, your baby will have less chance of getting diaper rashes, your baby will be wrapped in a nice soft cloth diaper and will be more comfortable. Your baby will potty train sooner because with the cloth diapers your baby feels it more when they are wet and messy and learn quicker not to like it and want to get rid of wearing the diapers.
Think long and hard about it. What are you really interested in? You should be interested in your baby's health and comfort, not your own convenience when it comes to changing diapers. Take care of your baby, they aren't supposed to be a convenience, they are little human beings that you are supposed to be taking the best care of, lovingly raising them to become happy and healthy productive adults.
Good luck.

We buy all kinds of diapers: Huggies, Pampers, plus the store brands... Depends on the promotions they have, and it also depended for us on the age of our girl. When she was younger and we would go through SO MANY diapers we'd use more of the store brands because they were cheaper and save the name brand diapers for nights. Now that she's older (11 mths) we use mostly Huggies and Pampers, the 'active fit' type. I'll stick a name brand on her if I know it's going to be a short time until I change her again, like if she's dirty right before lunchtime. It's a given she'll need to be changed shortly thereafter!

We use Huggies the most. Only because it seems Pampers give/gave my kids very bad rashes that were hard to get rid of. Sometimes store brands. It really only depends on our money situation for the month. We've used a variety. Parents Choice was the worse store brand ever! I perfer Riteaid brand especially when its buy one get one free lol.

Congrats on your baby! How old? My son is two and a half months and he wets about a diaper an hour when he is awake which is usually about 16 hours a day and dirties one diaper a day
My fiance and I used Parent's choice diapers and those diapers leaked really badly. Then we chose to use WhiteCLoud, a cheaper brand that we get from Walmart where we live We get a box of over 120 for about 16 dollars and the diapers work great NO leaks and we have been using them for two months now

I buy Pampers. I've tried supermarkets own brands but find they fill up very quickly & then leak, I found with Huggies that they were very cardboard like so now I'm with Pampers & not a single complaint yet!

I've tried all 3. I like Pampers the best. I think they absorb better and you have fewer leaks with Pampers. I especially like the Pampers Swaddlers. My son pees out of every diaper except Pampers!
