It's absolutely disgusting. It is so worrying that things like this can happen and makes me worry for the future. There has to be stiff penalties in place to deter this kind of behaviour because let's face it what people, young people, actually get punished is so minimal it does not act as any kind of deterrent. Something has to be done to stop this unacceptable behaviour.

That's nothing new I'm afraid.
In 1996 we lived just off Kingsland Rd. in London N1 borders of Hackney & Islington.
The flats were right by the Regents canal.
There was an incident where a young mother with a baby in a pushchair was mugged. She refused to hand over the goodies, so the mugger ( sorry, but it was an afro-caribbean youth ) proceeded to push the pushchair containing the baby into the canal.
Fortunately, there were witnesses and the baby & pushchair were quickly rescued.
As we had a 3 month old at the time, we moved!
Out of London completely, down to South Wales.

i live in essex quite a nice area though dont get that sorta stuff happening round hear ,seems to me like the goverment has given up and just fucked everything up theres more and more crime and sick fukers about like that because there letting people out of prison early just breads scum to think they can do anything they want because they feel the risks are more exseptible so if the goverment think they got problems to find spaces for these sub humans now cant think what itll be like in 10 years they just cant seem to punish people properly,i mean an illegal ran over a three year old kid the man had no insurance no tax no mot or licence he got 9 months probly did half of that maybe the kid walked out in front of him but the fact is he shouldnt of been driving on the road he should be punished ,all i can see this goverment doing is creating problems for the future.

Seriously, how badly could it have hurt the baby, merely dropping it on its head? Little accidents like that happen all the time in the home. Now if the person were to swing the baby by its legs and smash its little head against the concrete wall or floor, then I would be very very disturbed indeed.

Violence rules the world, all the way from the terrorist and the person trying to put the terrorist at bay.The media is full of gleeful reports of acts of terror. The kids absorb all these and would like to carry them out. The world needs to redirect the mind of its kids from this evil and teach them about love.

Nothing surprises me anymore. Disturbed is a way of life when you turn on the news these days. Lots more sick and deranged people and you can thank poverty, intolerance, abuse, alcohol, drugs, teenage parents, and simply uncaring people who bring kids into this world when they shouldn't.

Did the guy have bleached white skin, a plastic face, a high voice, a pet monkey and a moonwalk? If so, I think I may know who he is and he's got a history of doing this!

I'm telling you that has to be the sickest thing I have heard lately... it seems to me we are living in a world where it gets more violent by the day and yet there's nobody trying to stop our downward slope to savage animals!

That wouldn't suprise me but many youths are out of control and mainly because of their upbringing. I am disgusted at the way younger generations are today and the way that some of them behave is appauling.
