im still 16 will it still grow?

Soon after puberty. There is not much you can do about it. Exercise and protein will help you to grow taller, so you can somewhat affect your height, but you p size is genetically determined. It isn't that important with women, it is more of an ego-thing. Some men with very large p's have trouble getting erections due to the large amount of blood required.

I doubt that your p will grow much more. But it will be interesting for you to measure it now when fully erect and see if there is any change when you are say 18 and 20.

The penis stops growing when you stop growing. That is usually between the ages of 18 - 25.
