You know that Clemens will get a free pass because of the age old reason; he has the right complexion to have the right connection.

One must understand the context of this story. The names were reported as being "found" in the affidavit of Jason Grimsley. An affidavit does not prove anything. It is a document that states facts about which one knows and swears under oath are true to that persons best known belief.
The problem here is we don't know what "context" these names were included in the affidavit. For all we know Grimsley could have brought them up in the affidavit and said these guys haven't taken performance enhancing drugs. Unless we know what the affidavit actually said with regard to these names, we have no idea what the implications are.
Furthermore, I heard last night on Baseball Tonight that those names were not brought up by Grimsley, but by the investigators, and Grimsley responded saying that none of those guys, to the best of his knowledge, had taken performance enhancing drugs.
I don't believe any of those players took performance enhancing drugs.

Jason Grimsley needed to take some of the pressure off of himself. I do not believe that Clemens or Pettite or Tejada or Gibbons or Roberts took performance enhancing drugs. Their level of play has always been high. Bonds took the drugs to better Mark Mcguire's home run record and it got out of control.
