Right, because there are never wars between sectarian groups within countries.
Oh wait, there ARE wars between groups within a single country - they're called CIVIL WARS. Why do you think they were split up in the first place?
Are you high?

Do you think Muslims like to stay and be ruled by a secular government? They will tolerate slavery, poverty, being under-developed but they can not tolerate a secular Govt. The Mullahs will have to give up their occupation. Muslims are in general nice people till they submit to the dictates of Mullahs. To gain political control the Mullahs take help of the religion. The world could be a better place without Mullahs, Priests, Pujaris etc. The people of the world aught to think for themselves. Why should people having common sense and intelligence be guided by someone else? India & Pakistan can never be one. If they become one the whole contry will be destroyed in no time.

No it is not OK, it is tooooooo late. Pakistan is not the same Pakistan what it was pre 1947, now it a Terrorist Country and paradise for Terrorism. Pakistan has double game to play-One side it says it oppose Terrorism on the other side it organise Terrorism very quietly. India is still peace loving country ; hence your propose can never get materialised.

The first thing that comee to mind is if Pakistan would have intended in uniting with India they would have never gone in favour of partition. This means there were not in favour and will never be in favour of uniting with India.
In addition to this they are playing a proxy war with India, which does not support the one nation theory as per the conditions of today.

No sensible Indian will appreciate this as India is already too big having too many problems. Why add more? Also no Pakistani will fall for this idea since the country was created on religious consideration and continues to be a theocratic state.

It is a wonderful idea. Manmohan Singh may advance this proposal to Musharraf with a rider that he will continue to be its President. If our wishes can bear fruit, we will always have peace. The impediment to peace lies in our mind. If this idea of peaceful coexistence was favoured by all, as prayed by Mahatma Gandhi, we would not be what we are now.

Partition of India took place because of the peoples strife not because Jinnah & Gandhi wanted it or on the British say so as some people seem to think. So the clock doesn't turn back.

You are just over-enthusiastic. It will never happen. What we need is a good neighbour with peaceful relationship like other countries. International efforts are required and US/UK can play an important role in this.

not at all. then muslims will say v'll rule. hindus vil say v'll rule. no coperation in the parliament will be the result. communal elements will rise and riots will start again. there will be no coperation. you suggest this to musharraf and c wat he wil do 2 u. dont u think gandhi ji was in too much pressure taking this decision of partition.
there was no other choice. india and pakistan cannot unite again and the youth here wil never agree to this.

Never happen and even if it did, there would still be no peace. A little historical research is in order.
