well, i think ur problem is not da university. i think u r stressing urself more than u want. usually ppl get stressed of da things when they do it continuously. actually da thing is i m goin through the same situation & also that if u r studying a subject which u don't wanna do. if it is not like that then u have 2 take rest & take rest.... { no need 2 sleep } u can relax by goin out wid ur friends, or u can listen 2 soft muzic. bet me.. u will feel refreshed & u will excell in ur field.
