A. I enjoy being alone at night
B. Those are normal sounds
C. Still, normal sounds
D. Very quiet neighborhood
E. Sisters and a niece keep the same odd hours so the phone and doorbell ring every night
F. OTHER (Is my answer) Hubby has a failing heart and I've forgotten what sleep is because of the very real chance HE may not wake of a morning.

Voices of neighbours/people on the street scare me the most.
We have too many drunken idiots where I live and if they are walking past they are more than likely to try and break in or just trsh the front yard, and cause I live alone it's a lot scarier.

b. very old house, get used to it after a couple of centuries
c. nope, love hearing storms outside whilst I am all coochy inside
d. nope, very very quite place where I live, it is good to know there are other people around
e phone ringing...DEFinitely, it could be my mum!

DEFINITELY b. windows/doors creaking!!
I also sleep my by window, and there is a tree out there...so it sometimes scratches at my window when it's windy outside. And it sounds like someone is there, tapping at my window.
Scares me to death.

The doorbell.
And all the shades have to be down, there can't be not even one little crack open, even though I'm on the 2nd floor, I will still feel like someone is watching.

Ahh l'm used to all those thing except... voices of neighbours/ people in the street.... l'm to far away to hear them, so if I could hear them I would be concerned....
