Ex: Steelers and Jaguars. Over a minute left in the 4th qtr. Jaguars had possession and the lead AND they were close to the endzone (20yrds I believe?). They freakin kneed the ball 3x or more. So how many times can a team consecutively knee the ball?

There's no set rule, but if they do it 4 times they'll turn it over on downs, since they've gone backwards 4 times and didn't get a first down. So teams usually don't do it until they can run out the clock without giving the ball back to the other team.

They can do it every snap of the game if they want. Didn't see the Jags' game, so I have no idea why they would've taken a knee if it would've given the Redskins time to score and tie the game.
Oh, and if you're asking about time-wise, I think they can burn off about 30 seconds per play by taking a knee. So I think they can burn about 1:30.
