Wasteland by EA/Interplay.

It is THE genre defining game from the 80's. It is the grandfather of all games that rely on skills as opposed to weapons. It was one of the first games that had a very indepth storyline. It's also one of the highest acclaimed post-apocalyptic games (especially so of its time), and is the spiritual ancestor to the Fallout series.

Let's just say that it is so beloved by its fans, that a single copy, with the manual, the paragraph book, the disks, and the box, goes for over $100 on Ebay. I have yet to see any non-collector's edition of any game be that valuable, especially after over 20 years. Yeah, it's *that* good.

Any Desert Rangers out there agree with me? Wasteland simply pwns all.

Goldeneye 007 for the N64 was some good shooter game back then. Still, even today in my book Goldeneye still seems like the best game that I ever played in my life. Just the multiplayer, missions, good controls, graphics man I just love it! I just wish that Rare or whoever it is now would recreate it just to move the graphics to todays expectations. Anyways, Goldeneye 007 would be my choice this time. It was the best game ever! If you need any info about it check out the following site:

I loved it! Hope this helps your question and best wishes to you and all gamers alike! ^-^
