And why isn't Henley under Ardlem known as Henley, and why isn't Newcastle under Lyme known as Newcastle ?

Its becaase society has decided there is another Kingston that is more important so we need to identify the lesser one.

Prob bath and York both are very historic and tasty cities or maybe with if not in any respect been i visit imagine Durham and Lancaster being similar, my least regular might want to be Plymouth, I lived there for decades and that's an exceedingly undesirable and deprived city with a intense crime cost
