I want something scary to play or watch online thats free any ideas?

I like things that can scare me which isnt an easy task. Does anyone know of a freeware game or demo even or anything that is creepy like the ring or the grudge, or that new game F.E.A.R. of which I cant play cause my computer sucks lol. Any ideas would be great thanks.

Although I've never played it, my husband had told me 'bout the first time he played Doom 1 (back in the days when it was just released)... it had scared the pants off him, so he had never played it again (he's not into that sort of thing). I'm sure there's a demo out there of it, if it hasn't been released into abandonware/public domain status yet.
