Think about it - He'd never get any publicity at all if he didn't keep doing this. And he'll keep on until they get bored with putting it in the papers, and then he'll have to find something else moronic to do to keep his sorry face in the news.
Maybe go on some reality show like 'Celebrity Fit Club' with Gary Busey.

Yeah i think he should at least go at his bed time which is probally 8pm the drugs would kicked in by then... Stupid man. If they put him in prision for a few years he could catch up with his sleep and he wouldnt fall asleep at the wheel again. Good idea?
