I just bought a metro pcs LG phone and I am having trouble with the mute and speaker features,?

Question

I can't make a call or answer a call without some kind of problem with the phone either being muted or on speaker, there is nothing about any of this in the book on the phone either, how can I get the phone to function normally?

did u try calling your company, but there should be something in your settings, or when it goes on speaker, unmute it, and see if it says, but call your provider, its a problem with the settings, if that doesn't work, sent me an email, i can useally figure that kinda stuff out, but i'd have to talk with ya to help, feel free to contact me, if you need help, good luck teehee
