I have 2 blue sapphires (1.15ct and 1.23ct) and a pink sapphire (0.75ct). Where can I sell them? And how much are they likely to be worth?

Any other help appreciated.

a jeweller should give you an estimate of the value for insurance purposes and once you've got that you can ask the jewelry if they are interested if not put them on eBay with the valuation letter to help as a price guide.

Friend!
I can help you provided you answer the following:
1. Are they raw or polished ones? The colour of Polished Sphire is "Deep Blue"
2. Shape of the stone. This is important to calculate the wastage while it goes for shaping and polishing.
3. Origin ... from which part of the world they are from?
4. Do you have the invoices for purchase or inherited from family wealth?
5. If you have firm answers for my above questions you may contact the largest jewellers in your town.
6. Your Saphire will could get @ $ 65 to 250 a Cent. The amount multiplied by weight will be paid to you as per crystal's purity, type of cut it has and shine. If not it can be cut and used for "laser".
7. If you know any Gemologist, he can recommend for a market price with a certificate. That price is actual and acceptable to any genuine buyer. But the work will be done at a price! His report will carry all the scientific and gemology aspects!
With best of luck

Not sure about the value. Take them to any jeweler and they will examine them for you. They may charge you for an esitmate but then you'll have an idea. Just be aware that there is no chance whatsoever that you will get retail price on them. In fact, you will be lucky if you get wholesale price for them.

Jewels are not an easy thing to sell.

Amsterdam, Holland, has at least two of the worlds leading diamond and gem houses. If you can show providence (ie that you genuinely own these stones) they will be more than happy to negotiate with you.
