Do you sleep well and more than enough? I've noticed that people who sleep a lot usually have natural black hair till well into middle age. They are also usually people who don't have much stress or worries in their lives. It could be their calm serene natures enable them to sleep well and sleep is good for the hair. Just my own little theory.

My mother had completely black hair till her late 60s, when she started having her first grey hairs. She sleeps a LOT.

A friend's father, who had a head of grey hair, retired from his career, and just took life easy at home. Within a few months, his hair turned back to almost all black.

I did read in a book on natural health written by a doctor about this case of a man who had grey hair who moved from the city to a small seaside town. He started eating a lot of raw oysters, which is rich in zinc. His hair turned back completely to its original natural colour after a few months.

Folk medicine says that Rosemary is good for the health of the hair as well as for hair colour. That is, drinking it as a tea or applying its oil to the scalp.

Your very lucky Brian lets hope you have a lot more happy years and when you are 70 I hope for you that you still have a mop of black hair and still not a grey hair in sight. Good Luck

Grey Hair is a sign of maturity and wisdom. Is it just possible that you have never done a damn thing worhwhile in all your 60 years? I find that extremely hard to believe. You would have to be one of those lifetime social security parasites - you don't sound that moronic. Did you Inherit wealth? If that is the case what have you occupied yourself with all this time.

My dad and his sister kept their hair colour until mid 70's before the grey became prevalent. Neither of them would go within a mile of hair colour as they were afraid of chemicals, doctors, pills, food additives etc. etc. Maybe that was their secret.

If you want grey hair my advise is dye it paroxide blonde then give it a light blue rinse...the effect is grey....it lasts about two weeks....but be warned as the blue rinse comes out your hair goes nicotine yellow! How do I know....experience! (Grey hair on the young looks great!

Grey hair is a result of pigment (colour) loss. I beleive it is genetics and you are very lucky!

You're still producing hair pigmentation. Good for you. If you want to go gray, try Online Stock Trading.
