Obviously Pakistan. They r physically strong and hereditarily aggressive. Moreover they have developed a good culture of fast bowling. If u have a coach in ur under 14 training camp who can teach u the art of reverse swing what would u think of without fast bowling?

In the 70's and 80's it was clearly the West Indies with the likes of Holding, Garner, Marshall, Bishop, Ambrose, and Walsh.
However, in the 90's and 00's the best fast bowlers have been produced in Australia, South Africa and Pakistan. I mention these three, because although other countries have produced good fast bowlers, these three have been CONSISTANTLY doing it over the last 10 or so years.
I would say the pick of the bunch are: Glen McGrath, Craig McDermott, Merv Hughes, Jason Gillespie, Brett Lee, Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Waqar Younis, Allan Mohammed Sami, Donald, Fani DeVilliers, Sean Pollock, Makaya Ntini.

In the past West Indies, Australia, Pakistan and to some extent New Zeland have produced best fast bowlers in the world. Presently, Pakistan has been producing best fast bowlers

Australia - Just take a look at the modern era. They have produced in Brett Lee, Glenn McGrath and Jason Gillespie three fast bowlers who in their prime would walk ionto any test team. Hell, Glenn McGrath at 50% would walk into any test team. The loss of McGrath was the reason the Aussies lost the Ashes last summer.

I think Pakistan has produced great fast bowlers. Like Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Imran Khan etc. The same way, India has produced the best one day batsmen I think.

The west indies seem to have the fastest bowlers but they are not that accurate, the best at the moment has to Aus or Pakistan
