The 13yr old is in senior secondary 2 (sss 2) Grade 11 i suppose and the 12yr old is in ss1 (grade 10) while the 10yr old is jss2 (junior secondary) Grade 8 the last is yet to start school and since l do not know how texas' educational system is, l'll like some experts or enlightened parents to please furnish me with details on the above. (presently, we rescide in Nigeria)

i would think that texas is just like wisconsin meaning that here the 13 year old would be in 8th(last year of middle school) mabye 9th(first year of high school) the 12yr old would be 6th o r 7th, the 10 yr old would be 4th o 5th grade (elementry school)

the 13 yr old will be in 7th grade, the 12th in 6th grade, the 10 yr old will be in 4 the grade and the 2 yr. old will be in daycare-PreK.i am not a parent, i am just a 22 yr. old college student but i have been working with kids at daycares. your kids also maybe place in higher grades-they might be able to skip a grade thru testing-if they are smart .try doing that when you move to Houston and see if they can skip a grade and if so it is o your advantage.good luck and i hope you enjoy houston!

Check out the IQ for 10, 12 and 13 .
Will see which grade they can fit in.

13 year old in the US would be 8 th grade, 12 year old would be 7th, 10 would be 5th grade, and 2 would not be in school.
