Best cowboy movies are the ones with Clint Eastwood. His one-liner is superb.

Here are my favorites:

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly - it's just superb
The Outlaw Josey Wales
Man With No Name
A Fistful of Dollars
For A Fiew Dollars More
Unforgiven
Space Cowbows - not really a western or a cowboy movie but it's worth the watch

Others that are not Clint Eastwood movies that I like are:
Blazing Saddles
My Darling Clementine
The Magnificent Seven
How The West was Won - classic film, a must see western
Lone are the Brave
The Man who Shot Liberty Valance
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Silverado
Young Guns 1 & 2
Shanghai Noon
Tremors 4: The Legends Begin - I love this one, not really a cowboy movie but it's nice.

I like anything with Clint Eastwood, and:

- Once Upon a Time in the West

- The Proposition

'The Proposition' is set in Australian, but it is classed as a Western. It is one of the best films I have seen this year.

If anyone puts a movie without Clint, they're outta their minds (although John Wayne could hold his own)

As far a great movie - like technically close to perfect? I would say the movie Unforgiven with Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman. Easily my favourite.

But Tombstone is one helluva movie too. Kurt Russle got pretty bad *** (HELLS COMIN' WITH ME!). And I like Val Kilmer as Doc Holiday (I'm your Huckleberry) What a line!

Either "The Good, The Bad And The Ugly" or "Once Upon A Time In The West", BOTH by Sergio Leone

Tombstone

Val Kilmer as Doc Holiday is so amazing. Him and Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) kill cowboys like crazy.
