Replace it. Sad news, I'm sure, but spot fixes never last and tend to make the surrounding areas worse.

For a temporary fix, get some roofing tar and smear it over the area you think the leak is at. But really, repair it.

Check with some local roofers, they can tell you if your homeowners insurace will cover the replacement or not. You are insured, right?

The quickist and cheapist would be to go to the harware store and get a tube of roofing cualk we always called it blackjack. Finding the leaks is the hard part you kinda have to know what ur looking for. If you go in to the attick when its leaking that will give you an idea of where to start. Also you can use a garden hose to find the leak. Good Luck, dont fall

You fix it with your tears when you have to pay for a new roof.

don't replace it,
Just buy some liquid tar (asphalt base liquid), it is very cheap
and use it over your roof,
you can use it better by some gunny bag.

cheapest is toss a tarp over it...best is to replace it...for to repair willjust have to repair it every year afterwards
