On Yahoo mail, you can actually click on "EMPTY" next to the spam folder.
On Gmail, on the top, you can delete all Spam messages.

Beside ur Bulk folder u'll see a text Empty. Click it and delete the spam mails.
Another option is that click Mail Options at the top of Yahoo Mail page, then click Spam Protection(like this) and choose the option to delete those mails that are suspected as spam and click Save Changes. Then ur Bulk folder will always be empty.

If its in the majority folder, you may only click on the hyperlink beside it that pronounces "Empty". it would delete each and every little thing thats in the majority folder. If its a unsolicited mail on your inbox then first mark it as a unsolicited mail so as that the subsequent time you get carry of it, it would immediately bypass to the majority folder.
