Why not ? I review concerts all the time, so I have to go alone occassionally. Just enjoy the music & experience and don't feel you must have someone with you to make it enjoyable. You might even meet some new people there.

Sure, I saw the American band Steely Dan alone on two occasions, and jazz artist Dave Brubeck, also.

I've done it a couple of times. Go for it, I had an amazing time, ended up chatting to people with similar tastes to me and had a great evening. You'll regret it if you don't

I think if you want to go, you should go ahead. Just because your friends don't want to go does not mean you have to miss out on the chance, especially if you like the artiste.
Besides, it'll be crowded there, you'll soon be enjoying yourself.

Do you need another human being with you to enjoy the music? If so, look around.there will be PLENTY of people that are there enjoying it too.
