You should call your doctor as soon as his office opens. He'll most likely want to see you asap. I wouldnt worry, it could be him pressing on your organs, but call the doctor asap !!!!
If you're having any low back pain you may also be in labor!

u prolly don't HAVE to rush of to the nearest hospital, well hopfully, i was haveing heaps of pains at 35 weeks it was just growing pains appreantly but have u felt bub move? u should be feeling bub move at least 10 times in hour, if u have then don't rush off to the hospital right this very second just make an appoitment to see ur ob and ask for it to be in the next few days HOWEVER if bub has not moved or the movments have decreased and u havn't felt it move at least 10 time within an hours or so than u should deffiently go straight to the larbour ward or the ER, the labor ward is prolly better coz the ER will just send u to the larbor ward anyway

Hello there - Besides all the obvious answers you have been given - the pains you are experiencing could be Braxton Hicks! These are a milder version of contractions - they cannot harm your baby but are preparing your body for birth. With having said that - Get hold of your Doc just in case. The last thing you want is to go into preterm labour. Bless xx

When in doubt go to your doctor. If it is late night, and the pain is excruciating, best to go into the ER, there's always an OB on call. It can also be the baby is resting on something that is causing discomfort. Either way if you have any concerns, better to find out for sure. Take Care.

First call the ER near you. If its sharp pains that could mean something is wrong. Your body will let you know. If you ever have to second guess yourself go to the ER. Rather be safe then sorry. When I was pregnant with my first child I didnt realize that they were contractions. Plz let me know.

I really would go straight to your GP or ring your Maternity Unit. I wouldnt waste any time, just do it. You will get piece of mind even if it is just your little baby boy practising to be the next David Beckham. Get it sorted or ring nhs.direct. Dont wait, i waited and miscarried, im not saying the same thing will happen to you as each pregnancy is different. Hope this is helpful
