I don't mean for sports reasons or health reasons. I mean just cause he likes the feel of smooth legs and pantyhose and panties?

hair is dirty.so if he is shaving it off it means he likes to be clean and fresh.good.pantyhose is a bit going overboard.if u r a friend u must ask him why he is doing it instead of coming to the wrong conclusions.maybe he has got sensitive skin and the rough mens clothing doesnt suit him.whatever my personal opinion is everyone should hav the freedom to wear and do whatever he wants as far as it doesnt create a problm for others

There's nothing wrong with it. Don't worry about what society says; it's only opinions from other people. There's no law against men wearing pantyhose, so wear them if you prefer pantyhose instead of bare legs. People will think it's weird at first only because pantyhose were always thought of as women's garments and not men's attire. It's getting to the point to where fashion is becoming more and more unisex. Women are going bare legged, wearing pants, cutting their hair short, and looking more masculine. It's only fair for men to wear things a little more feminine without ridicule and being labeled gay for their choice of clothing.

No, nothing wrong with it. Its his personal choice. If he likes the feel of shaved legs and pantyhose...rock on...it is a nice feeling to have something smooth and silky up against your skin, and the feeling is even more intense when you are shaved and their are no barriers...this doesn't mean someones gay it just means they like the feeling.

I don't understand why men get so concerned about wearing women's clothing, women wear mens clothing and that's fine. Clothing is more uni-sex now anyway. Wear what you want.
Men have nice legs too.

There's nothing wrong with it. A lot of people won't understand it, and will therefore make up their own (usually incorrect) reasons why he's doing it.
